Peter Towongo, PhD
Dr. Towongo is a recognized spiritual leader who operates under a fully apostolic and prophetic mandate. He is an ordained clergyman, consecrated an Apostle, and subsequently installed into the office of overseer. Dr. Towongo holds a PhD in Christian Organizational Leadership, an MA in Christian Education, and a BA in Bible and Theology. He has also earned additional academic credentials and certifications in business, administration, teaching, and consulting.
A dynamic speaker, teacher, consultant, author, and mentor, Dr. Towongo is passionate about empowering individuals to fulfill their God-given purpose and maximize their potential. He is the founder and senior leader of Destiny Life Church and oversees several global ministries and organizations dedicated to leadership development, spiritual growth, discipleship, and transformation.
Dr. Towongo is the author of impactful books, including Anatomy of Congregational Leadership, Interpreting Your Tongues, Package of Salvation, and Power: 3 Steps to Kindle the Power Within You, which continue to inspire and equip audiences worldwide. Through his preaching, coaching, consulting, and mentorship, he remains committed to raising leaders, strengthening ministries, and advancing the Kingdom of God globally. Mary Aongo, MA
Mary is a dynamic speaker, ordained evangelist, poet, author, and mentor devoted to igniting hope, healing, and transformation through the Gospel. As co-founder of Destiny Life Church alongside her husband, Apostle Dr. Peter Towongo, she combines spiritual wisdom with academic excellence in ministry and leadership. She holds an MA in Biblical Studies from Covenant Bible Seminary in Washington and a BA in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego, bringing both insight and compassion to her ministry work.
Through her preaching, counseling, evangelism, mentorship, and fervent intercession, Mary is passionate about helping individuals discover their God-given purpose and walk in spiritual wholeness. Her books, including Healing Songs, I’ve Called You by Name, and Recipe of Love, continue to inspire faith, healing, and personal transformation in many lives.
Known for her heart for people and dedication to spiritual growth, Mary Aongo continues to impact lives through teaching, prayer, encouragement, and practical ministry that empowers others to grow in Christ and fulfill their divine calling.
